What This Retreat Was?
In the hills of Cártama, in AndalucĂa's south of Spain, a small circle gathered — four days, three nights, held together in devotion and remembrance. Each morning began in stillness: deep meditation journeys into the soul's blueprint, releasing what no longer served, present and ancestral alike. Days unfolded slowly — balancing masculine and feminine energy, somatic movement to restore the body, journaling by the pool with the mountains of Cártama standing quiet witness. There was no rushing here. Meals were wholesome, made with love. Conversations went deep. By the final evening, something had shifted not a temporary lift, but a lasting recalibration that traveled home with every person who came. As one guest put it: "Not a break from your life. A return to yourself."
