Ancestral Feminine Healing Circle

It's a sacred healing rose ritual and deep meditation where the chain of past wounds is broken and the bonds of sisterhood, feminine solidarity, and the freedom to be your fullest, most authentic self rise.

What This Circle Was

On September 7th, in Walnut Creek, California, fifty women gathered for three hours in sisterhood — an Ancestral Feminine Circle, held with reverence, remembrance, and radiant feminine power.

Rose petals filled the center of the circle as the afternoon unfolded. Together, the women released inherited patterns and generational wounds, transmuted shame and grief into love and light, and reclaimed the wisdom carried in their lineage.

Guided through deep ancestral meditation, energetic clearing, feminine embodiment practices, and moments of quiet reflection, this was a ceremonial homecoming — a return to the root. Silence was honored. Tears were sacred. Every woman present was seen as a vessel of living wisdom.

The circle was co-created with love and grace by Mary Nawabi, Regina Gold, and Helai Nawabi.
